🥭 Mo, 15.12.: MILONGA WORKSHOPS (all levels from L2 upwards)

2 × 75 min on MONDAY, 15th of December 2025 – with Marcelo & Fanni

🕘 6:00-7:15 pm – fundamentals: mandatory if you have no prior knowledge

🕘 7:45–9:00 pm – applications (with 30 min. break)

As the name suggests, we’ll dive into the joyful world of Milonga! Starting from the basics and rhythm (in the first 75 minutes) , we’ll explore a variety of elements that work beautifully within the Milonga style (in the second part). The goal is to develop a natural feel for the music, feel comfortable on the dance floor, and above all, experience freedom and fun. Our motto: Let’s play! 🎶

Both workshops are suitable for all levels (from L2 upwards) and build on each other. If you have no prior knowledge the first 75 minutes are mandatory as there we give an introduction to milonga.

🔥 TANGO MANGO CHRISTMAS MILONGA starting directly afterwards from 7:30 pm with DJ Francesco from Italy! 🔥

Whether you are new to Tango or looking to enrich your dance with more nuance and authenticity, this special workshop is intended to deepen your experience of connection – with yourself, your partner, and the music.

Connection transforms the dance into a true conversation…
a shared expression…
a moment of presence and trust.

Through structured exercises and guided experimentation, we will explore:

•⁠ ⁠Body awareness – listening inward to move with clarity and ease
•⁠ ⁠Partner communication – creating dialogue through embrace, breath, and intention
•⁠ ⁠Musical sensitivity – allowing the music to guide meaning and emotional texture

We will also guide participants in:

•⁠ ⁠Finding a stronger sense of purpose in their dance – moving from meaning rather than habit
•⁠ ⁠Achieving technical precision & quality – refining mechanics so expression can flow freely
•⁠ ⁠Cultivating artistic presence – dancing with intention, expression, and authenticity

Let’s bring playfulness and elegance to the Vals through creative combinations in 3/4 time! We’ll explore the lightness and musicality of the Vals, connect different movements, and internalize them until the rhythm becomes second nature.

Both workshops are suitable for all levels (from L2 upwards) and build on each other – the perfect preparation for your first dance into the New Year! If you have no prior knowledge the first 75 minutes are mandatory as there we give an introduction to tango vals.
